The Impact of Remote Work on Employee Productivity: A Case Study from Turkey and Poland

Abstract
The shift to remote work has fundamentally altered workplace dynamics, affecting productivity, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. This study examines the effects of remote work in Turkey and Poland, analyzing factors such as digital infrastructure, employee engagement, and managerial challenges. Findings suggest that remote work increases flexibility and efficiency but also presents difficulties in communication and team cohesion. The study highlights best practices for hybrid work models, recommending strategies for improving productivity while maintaining employee well-being in remote and hybrid work environments.
