Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law (IBL) serves as a cornerstone of financial discipline, ensuring the smooth resolution of distressed entities while balancing the interests of creditors and debtors. This article delves into the evolution and significance of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) of 2016, a transformative legislative measure that redefined the insolvency and bankruptcy landscape in India.
